The picture nor description show that the new product has several small holes and one big hole (with screen)in the center. I had a previous cover (without) holes that worked great. I presume the holes in the new version are to prevent drownings, but no explaination is given. The new version tends to sink, allows water to evaporate, and allows dirt to get into the pool. It is better than nothing, but I prefer the old version. My reaction may have been different if they had bothered to change picture and / or desfription.
