Supports young children as they are introduced to the water, helping them stay comfortable and happy. The item is not actually the weight shown in "Shipping Weight", however we had to increase the weight we enter into the ad in order for the correct shipping fee to be charged for the item to be shipped. You can thank the inaccurate Amazon shipping calculation system for that.
