(More customer reviews)I purchased the Swimways Sea Racer Disney Cars toy from Target in February 2011. We took it to Orlando Florida with us, the first day we were in the pool my son was playing with the water car and within minutes the motor stopped working. I took the battery cover off to try and problem solve the faulty motor, the battery compartment was filled with yellow/orange water. The batteries were soaked, leaking and the entire battery compartment was corroded, from 8-10 minutes of play! The lifeguard came over and scolded me for taking a non-poolsafe toy into the water and prohibited me from letting my child play with it in the pool. This toy does not have a sufficent seal around the batteries to be anywhere near the water, be warned.
