(More customer reviews)The biggest problem I had with this was the motor. The next biggest problem was the squirt gun. Take both of those away, it's a GREAT lounge chair for the beach, pool, deck, or even watching TV. You can stuff a soda or cup into the hole, even rest a bowl of popcorn. It's really puffy and soft, but in the hot sun, it stretches a little too much (although it makes it really soft and bouncy).
Another major drawback with this chair? There's only one blow up chamber for the whole chair. I expected the backrest and tube to at least be separate, but no. This means that the heat from the sun, along with your weight, forces the air into the chair's back, billowing it out. Just leave it only 80% inflated, or less.
Even if you remove the sub-par motor, you can't really maneuver while seated on it. It's intended for calm pools and sheltered coves. If you want to brave the waves, you have to scissor kick out there with this in tow.
As a chair, lounge, or casual beach float? Great. As a motorized squirt mobile? Kinda terrible, and poor engineering.
