It's great fun to use with or without water and easy for even the youngest children to enjoy. This is a toy that a young child can use by themselves and feel such a sense of accomplishment as their rocket flies up in the air! A parent or older child can easily make this fly higher than a 2 story house!! I recently bought one for our neighbor's birthday and it performs MUCH better than a similar product made by Air Hogs. Great gift idea!!!!
