(More customer reviews)This "INTEX" pool has to be the worst purchase that i have made in my entire life. I also have been in retail management for 19 years and the customer service i received was also the worst even after having to call the home office in "Hong Kong", but know one would lift a finger to take care of me to my satisfaction. Everything had to be done there way or no way. From the day that this 16' hoover damm was filled it leaked and i'm not talking a little pinhole, i'm talking about all around the bottom seam, and what are you suppose to do with the little patch kit they give you that barely gives you enough material to patch a beach ball, if that. Take it from me. go elsewhere, there are plenty of other pool manufactures out there and cheaper as well
